I was more than happy to bake my signature Pink Piper Champagne Cupcakes for a special Parisian themed bridal shower last week.

It is definitely wedding season! Everyone around me seems to have been bit by the love bug and now taking the plunge. My favorite part this year has been the count down until the Royal Wedding. Wow, would I never want to be the pastry chef on that job, talk about pressure!

For now, I'll stick to small scale orders. The feedback was great, everyone loved the cupcakes. If you're baking for wedding season, you must try these!
