Campfire Marshmallow Pops

This summer our neighbors have been hosting impromptu campfires during the week - just a few friends sitting in camp chairs, around a (contained) fire, chatting about our day. It’s always a relaxing get together and everything is seemingly perfect until someone mentions that the only way our campfires could be any better, is if we had s’mores.

These readymade Campfire Marshmallow Pops are my new solution – and - birthday present to my sister. Tonight we will play bocce, get our campfire going, and easily enjoy some tasty s’mores in celebration of summer and my sister Val on her birthday!
