Pink Piper Champagne Cupcakes for Breast Cancer Fundraiser

I've been at it again! Working on my signature Pink Piper Champagne Cupcakes, and this time incorporating the breast cancer awareness ribbon for a special fundraiser.

I was asked to do a special order of these and make them extra special for a breast cancer fundraiser. I used white chocolate to make the pink ribbons, sprinkling some with pink sugar crystals and others left plain.

This time I topped the little cupcakes with a buttercream frosting, adding about 1/4 cup of Piper Champagne. They were soooo tasty! I am pretty sure I have found the perfect pair to my signature cupcakes.

I think they turned out adorable and I hope that everybody at the fundraiser enjoys them. It feels good to bake cupcakes for causes. I hope you enjoy them too!
